The Chords tab displays the chord chart generated alongside your song.

Core Chords

Each chord is shown as a card with:

  • Chord name — e.g. Am, Fmaj7
  • Role — the chord’s function in the key (e.g. tonic, subdominant, dominant)

Progression

The full chord progression for the song, shown as a sequence. A Copy button lets you copy it directly to clipboard.

Harmonic Notes

AI-generated commentary on the progression — scale, mood implications, and any notable harmonic choices.

The chord chart updates automatically each time a full song is generated. Regenerating an individual section does not update the chord chart.
